How it works
Sometimes your favourite bag is sold out, and we're just as disappointed about that as you are.
The good news: many of our bags are carefully made in our workshop in Italy and are regularly restocked.

If we know a bag will be back in stock, you can pre-order it.

What does that mean for you?

• You are guaranteed to get your favourite bag

• The bag is in production and/or already on its way to our warehouse in Heerenveen

• As soon as the bag arrives at our warehouse in Heerenveen, we will ship your order immediately

Did you order other items in addition to a pre-order bag?
Then we will ship your order all at once, as soon as everything is complete. This way, we keep it clear and sustainable.

For every pre-order product, we provide an expected delivery date as clearly as possible. Should anything unexpectedly change, we will, of course, inform you personally.

We deliberately choose small production runs and a careful production process: no mass production, no dropshipping.
This way, our collections remain special, and we can deliver the quality you expect from vanMauZ.
